Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within one minute, detailing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please carefully check the details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.). If there is any mistake, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive the confirmation email after three minutes, please check your spam folder and verify whether your payment was successful.

Duty Tax
Wynool is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping or handling costs of your order. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any customs/duty/tax charges, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Wynool products may be shipped either from China or from your country or region, depending on Wynool’s fulfillment arrangements. If the order is shipped from China, any import duties in your country or region will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order is shipped from your country or region, Wynool may collect and remit local consumption taxes on your behalf.
